This method of cooking cauliflower allows you to get a delicate dish with a creamy taste. You can stew, fry or bake cabbage in the oven.

Take the forks of cauliflower and disassemble it into small inflorescences. Then the vegetable is washed, placed in an enameled pan, poured with clean water and boiled for 20 minutes. Then lay the vegetable on a sieve, cool and cut into even smaller pieces.

In addition to cauliflower, you will need onions, spices, carrots and herbs. The peeled onions are finely chopped and fried in butter until golden brown. Then, grated carrots are added to it and stewed until soft.

On the basis of sour cream, a sauce is prepared by adding spices, dried or fresh herbs to it. In some recipes, tomato paste, mayonnaise or eggs are added to it.

If stewed cabbage, then put it in a pan with vegetables, pour sour cream, cover and cook for a quarter of an hour.

To bake cauliflower, the ingredients are laid out in layers and poured with sour cream sauce.

The dish will turn out to be satisfying if you add mushrooms or minced meat to it.

Recipe 1. Braised Cauliflower in Sour Cream

Ingredients

1 kg 200 g of cauliflower;

fresh greens;

two onions;

black pepper;

100 ml sour cream;

10 g oregano;

10 g of sea salt.

Cooking method

1. Rinse the cauliflower forks and divide into inflorescences. Place the vegetable in a pot of water and set on fire. Cook from boiling for about 20 minutes.

2. Bulbs are peeled and chopped finely. Sauté the onions in olive oil until transparent.

3. Discard the boiled cabbage in a colander and cool. Disassemble the cabbage for even smaller inflorescences. Put in a frying pan with onions, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for another 20 minutes.

4. Add sour cream to vegetables. Season with pepper and salt, mix and simmer another seven minutes.

5. Rinse the greens, chop finely and add to the pan. Stir and keep on fire for another five minutes.

Recipe 2. Cauliflower with sour cream in the oven

Ingredients

400 g of cauliflower;

100 g of cheese;

10 g butter;

salt;

100 g of sour cream;

freshly ground black pepper.

Cooking method

1. Break the egg into a bowl, slightly salt and beat with a whisk.

2. Cheese finely three and add it to the egg. Here we send sour cream and mix.

3. We wash the forks of cauliflower under the tap and divide it into small inflorescences. Put the vegetable in a pot of water. Slightly salt and boil for five minutes after boiling. We discard the cabbage in a colander and cool.

Ingredients

350 g of fresh porcini mushrooms;

80 ml of refined sunflower oil;

Recipe 4. Cauliflower with sour cream in the oven with breadcrumbs

Ingredients

forks of cauliflower;

ground dry garlic;

150 g of cheese;

sea ​​salt;

150 g sour cream;

150 g mayonnaise:

breadcrumbs.

Cooking method

1. We wash the cauliflower, leave the glass to water and cut it into small inflorescences. Each cut along in half. We cover the baking sheet with foil and spread the inflorescences on it with the cut down.

2. Combine sour cream with mayonnaise. Season with ground dry garlic and salt. Mix.

3. Grease the cabbage with the resulting sauce using a silicone brush.

150 g of cauliflower;

2 g of dry ground ginger;

a pound of pork;

3 g dried garlic;

half a glass of sour cream;

2 g of ground coriander and paprika.

Cooking method

1. Rinse the cauliflower forks and leave the glass to water. We divide the cabbage into inflorescences. Dip the vegetable in a pot of boiling water, slightly adding salt, and cook for seven minutes over medium heat. We discard the cauliflower onto a sieve and leave the glass to water.

2. We wash a piece of pork tenderloin, cut out veins and films. Cut the meat into small oblong slices.

3. Put the meat on the bottom of the pan and grease it with plenty of fat sour cream. Pour filtered water. Season with paprika, salt, coriander, dried ginger and garlic. We cover the pan with a lid and put on medium heat. Stew a quarter of an hour.

4. Add the cauliflower inflorescences to the meat and continue to simmer the same amount of time. We periodically alter. At the end, add finely chopped dill, mix and simmer for another five minutes. Serve with a salad of fresh or pickled vegetables.

Recipe 6. Cauliflower with sour cream in the oven with minced meat and rice

Ingredients

cauliflower - 300 g;

rice - 150 g;

spices;

minced meat - 300 g;

freshly ground pepper;

two eggs;

red bell pepper;

large onion;

100 g of sour cream;

3 cloves of garlic;

100 g of Dutch cheese.

Cooking method

1. We wash the forks of cauliflower and dry them on a towel. Divide the cabbage into small inflorescences.

2. Rinse the rice, constantly changing the water until it becomes transparent. We shift the cereals into a saucepan, fill it with water and boil until cooked. Spread the boiled rice in a bowl and cool.

3. Combine rice with minced meat, add the egg and finely chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper. Knead the mass well.

4. In a separate plate, combine sour cream with an egg and finely grated cheese. Lightly pepper and salt. Mix.

5. Lightly grease the deep form with fat. We spread the rice with minced meat. Lay out cauliflower on top. We release Bulgarian pepper from the stalk and seeds. Cut into rings and spread on top of the cabbage.

Ingredients

200 g squash;

30 g of dill;

800 g of cauliflower;

40 g ghee;

200 g of sour cream 15%.

Cooking method

1. We divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Large pieces are cut lengthwise.

2. Salt the cabbage and fry in a cast-iron skillet for ten minutes over medium heat, periodically shaking. Then cover and continue to fry the vegetable until golden brown. From time to time, drain the moisture and shake the pan.
