Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 15 gr yeast
  • 3 cups flour
  • 120 gr. butter or margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 120 gr. Sahara

Apple pie

Ingredients

6 apples
50 gr butter or margarine
0.5 cups of sugar and another 2 tbsp. l
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk and flour

Ingredients

half an average head of cabbage
3 eggs
300 gr flour
200 gr. sour cream
50 gr butter
1 onion (large)
1 cup pickled mushrooms
bunch of dill
0.5 teaspoon slaked vinegar
vegetable oil (for greasing the form and frying cabbage)
ground black pepper and salt

1. Cut and fry the onion until golden brown.

2. Shred the cabbage and send it to the pan to the onion, salt, add a couple of tablespoons of water and simmer until tender.

3. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add to the stewed cabbage, then add chopped dill there, pepper and add.

4. We begin to prepare the dough by whipping 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk (you need to add salt). Gradually add sour cream and butter, previously melted, to the eggs.

5. We also gradually add the sifted flour there, thoroughly mixing, and last but not least, soda that is slaked with vinegar. As a result of all these manipulations, we should get a dough that is reminiscent of sour cream in density.

6. Half of this test is distributed on the bottom of the mold, which is pre-lubricated with oil and sprinkled with flour, put the filling on top.

7. On the filling, lay out the second part of the dough, put the mold in the oven, heated to 180 ° C, and bake for about half an hour.

Pie with meat

This cake is very satisfying and tasty, and it is prepared quickly enough.

Ingredients

For the test:

200 gr. butter
1 egg
200 gr. sour cream
60 gr Sahara
0.5 teaspoon slaked vinegar soda
3 cups flour

For filling:

1 kg of meat, pork or beef
1 onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 yolk
1 tablespoon sour cream

1. The meat is cooked and passed through a meat grinder with fried onions, the minced meat is salted and pepper, adding a few tablespoons of broth for juiciness.

2. Melt the butter. Add soda to sour cream.

3. Beat the egg with sugar, gradually combining it with sour cream with soda and melted butter.

4. Add the flour and knead, then divide the dough into 2 parts.

5. We roll out one part of the dough, place it in a greased form and spread the minced meat. Put the second part of the dough on top, also rolled out, pinch the edges, grease the top of the cake with yolk, which is mixed with sour cream.

6. Bake the cake in the oven, heated to 180 ° C, about 40 minutes.

Layer cake with honey and cottage cheese

Puff pastries are very delicate and delicious, therefore very popular. You can, of course, buy ready-made puff pastry in the store. And you can cook it yourself.

Ingredients

For the test:

200 gr. flour
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
0.5 tsp table vinegar
a quarter cup of warm water
a pinch of salt

For filling:

400-450 gr. cottage cheese
3 eggs
2 tbsp. l honey
4 tbsp. l Sahara
50 gr butter or margarine
grated zest of one lemon
a pinch of salt

1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, butter, water, vinegar and salt. Let him stand for about half an hour.

2. Dividing the dough into 9 equal parts, each roll out a thin cake.

3. Lubricating each cake with fat, shift them into a mold, placing them on top of each other.

4. Bake in the oven, then remove the mold and cover with a napkin.

5. For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with beaten eggs, melted butter, heated honey, sugar, salt, zest.

Blueberry curd pie

Pies with cottage cheese have long been popular with our population. In this pie, the combination of blueberries and cottage cheese gives an absolutely amazing taste.

Ingredients

For the test:

200 gr. flour
150 gr. margarine
70 gr. Sahara
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder

For filling:

400 gr. cottage cheese
2 eggs
50 gr Sahara
100 gr. sour cream
1.5 cups blueberries

1. Mix the flour with baking powder, sugar, egg and margarine pieces (it should be chilled), put the resulting dough in the refrigerator.

3. Put the dough in a greased form and make “sides”. To make the cake easier to remove later, it is better to take the collapsible form.

4. Put the filling in the form, sprinkle with blueberries on top.

5. Bake the cake in a well-heated oven for about an hour.

6. After baking, cool and serve with milk-blueberry shake.

Ossetian pies

Ossetian pies are the pride of this people and are known throughout the world due to their unusual taste.

Ingredients

For the test:

500 gr. flour
250 ml of kefir
7 gr. yeast
20 gr. Sahara
half a glass of water
40 gr vegetable oil
1 egg

For filling:

600 gr feta cheese
5 potatoes
mold butter

1. Sift the flour, divide it into 2 parts. Mix one half with yeast, sugar and kefir, cover and leave for 1 hour.

2. Add the rest of the flour, water, sunflower oil and an egg, knead the dough.

3. Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll up a ball from each, and cover it with a towel and let it stand for another half hour.

4. Peel the potatoes and boil until cooked (without adding salt!), Crush it in mashed potatoes.

5. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces, grind it with a blender and add to the warm mashed potato, mix well.

6. Knead each ball of dough with your hands, slightly giving them the shape of cakes. Having laid 1/3 of the filling in the center of each, again we make balls out of them. We give these balls of dough hands the shape of flat discs, making a puncture in the center of each.

6. Preheat the oven 180 ° C. Then, having covered the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment, put the prepared pies on it one at a time. Each will take approximately 20 minutes to bake.

When the pies are ready, grease them with butter and put them together. Serve warm.

Pies with apples

Very tasty and healthy pies that can become a favorite treat for your entire family.

Ingredients

For the test:

150 ml of milk
15 gr yeast
3.5 cups flour
150 gr. butter or margarine
5 eggs
150 gr. Sahara

For filling:

5 apples
50 gr butter
50 gr Sahara

1. We prepare a dough of yeast and 1.5 cups of flour and put it for 3 hours in a warm place to rise.

2. When it rises and begins to fall off, add eggs, 2 cups flour, sugar and a pinch of salt, at the end - butter (margarine can) and knead the dough.

3. Kneading the dough, cover the pan with a lid and put it in a warm place, after an hour we make a wrap.

4. Cook the filling by chopping the apples into thin slices and boiling them for about 5 minutes in a mixture of melted butter and sugar.

5. Cut the finished dough into small pieces, each roll out, place a couple of spoons of the filling in the center and pinch the edges, forming a pie.

6. Put the pies on a greased baking sheet and leave them to proof for 15-20 minutes, then grease them with yolk.

7. We bake pies for about half an hour in the oven, previously heated to 200 C.

Pies with potatoes

Perhaps the most popular of all the pies.

Ingredients

For the test

600 gr flour
1.5 cups of water
30 gr dry yeast
50 gr sunflower oil
1 tbsp. l Sahara
0.5 tsp salt

For filling:

5 potatoes
1 onion

1. In a bowl, combine the flour with yeast diluted in 100 ml of water, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and a glass of warm water. After mixing well, sprinkle with flour and put for 1 hour in a warm place for 1 hour to rise. We crush and let rise again.

2. For the filling, boil the potatoes in salted water and make mashed potatoes, add finely chopped onion and fried in sunflower oil.

3. We make pies, grease them on top with strong sweet tea and leave for another 20 minutes in a warm place.

4. Bake in a well-heated oven for about half an hour.

Pies with cabbage

Cabbage pies come out best of gratuitous yeast dough.

Ingredients

1 cup milk
20 gr. yeast
1 egg
50 gr Sahara
50 gr margarine
salt

1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the egg, sugar, margarine, salt on the tip of a teaspoon, stir well.

2. Now add the flour and, kneading the dough, put it in a warm place for 2-2.5 hours.

3. When the dough rises, we crush it and again put it in a warm place for 1 hour. Then we crush again.

5. We cut our dough into small pieces, each roll out, sculpt pies, grease them on top with yolk and leave for another 20 minutes in a warm place for proofing.

Cherry Puff Pastries

Puff pastries are very tasty, however, not every hostess will decide to cook puff pastry herself. But our pies can be prepared from purchased dough, spending a minimum of time on them.

Ingredients

500 gr. puff pastry
300 gr fresh or frozen cherries
100 gr. Sahara

1. We fill the cherries with sugar and leave for half an hour until it puts the juice to be drained.

2. Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 3 mm and cut into rectangles, lay cherries on each and make pies.

3. On a baking sheet, greased with butter, put the pies and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown for about half an hour.

Pies with egg

This is one of the easiest and most delicious pie recipes. For him, we need to prepare the gratuitous yeast dough, which we described at the beginning of our article, and the filling.

Ingredients

Filling:

3 boiled eggs
100 gr. green onions
butter

1. Cooking gingerless yeast dough.

2. Boil the eggs, grate them and mix with chopped green onions.

3. Cut the dough into small pieces, each roll out and put in the center of the egg with onions, form pies, put them on a baking sheet, greased with butter, and let stand for about 20 minutes to proof.

4. When the pies rise, bake them in a well-heated oven for about half an hour.

Meat pies

From such a doughless test, excellent meat patties are also obtained, but fried.

For filling:
