Ham Spaghetti in Cream Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

• spaghetti - 450 gr.;

• 350 gr. steamed ham;

• Poshekhonsky cheese - 150 gr.;

• three raw yolks;

• 200 ml cream, low fat.

Cooking method:

1. Rinse the cooked until ready spaghetti with cold water and pat dry, reclining in a colander.

Spaghetti with ham, tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients:

• butter "Peasant" butter - 100 gr.;

• 200 gr. boiled ham;

• a small pinch of coarse pepper;

• 600 gr. spaghetti;

• young dill;

• garlic;

• 15 pcs. Cherry Tomatoes

• fresh herbs - to taste;

• Dutch cheese - 300 gr.

Cooking method:

1. Wash small tomatoes in cold water, wipe dry with a napkin and cut each in half.

2. In small pieces, cut the ham - in cubes, straws or cubes. Grind cheese with an average grater.

3. Dip spaghetti in boiling, slightly salted water, boil until tender. To prevent individual pasta from sticking together, mix them during cooking. When the spaghetti is sufficiently cooked, rinse them with warm water in a colander.

4. Melt the butter. In a pan with melted fat, lower the halves of the tomatoes, and then fry them on both sides.

5. Add ham, crushed garlic to tomatoes, mix and continue cooking, without raising the temperature.

6. When the ham slices are slightly fried, pour four tablespoons of drinking water into the pan. Add a little salt to the roast, pepper to your liking, and enter half the crushed cheese with finely chopped herbs.

7. Remove from heat and mix the contents of the pan with the washed spaghetti. While the dish has not cooled, serve it on the table, spreading it over portioned plates and sprinkling abundantly with the remaining grated cheese.

Ham Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:

• a pound of high-quality spaghetti;

• 250 gr. fresh small champignons;

• boiled ham - 200 gr.;

• 200 gr. sour cream;

• homemade butter - 20 g .;

• a small onion.

Cooking method:

1. If you managed to get small champignons, cut them in half, larger ones into four parts.

2. In small slices, chop the onion, cut the ham into centimeter cubes.

3. In butter, spasser the onion until transparent, add the mushrooms to it and continue cooking for 15 minutes until all the water has evaporated.

4. Then, send the ham to the mushrooms fried with onions, and after another two minutes, fill with sour cream. Lightly pepper the sauce and salt to your liking. Stir and extinguish for two minutes, remove from heat.

5. Boil spaghetti in slightly salted boiling water, following the instructions on the package. Then discard the pasta into a colander, rinse with non-hot water and place on plates.

6. Top the pasta with ham and mushroom sauce and serve hot.

Spaghetti with Italian Ham and Cheese - Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients:

• 250 gr. top quality spaghetti;

• 100 gr. smoked ham;

• Parmesan cheese - 100 gr.;

• two eggs;

• 3 tablespoons of good olive oil.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the ham into thin rectangular cubes and sauté the slices until light brown in olive oil.

2. Boil slightly salted water in a large saucepan. Put spaghetti in boiling water and wait for boiling again. Then lower the heat to medium and continue to cook pasta, remembering to periodically mix them. Do not bring to readiness, they should be slightly harsh inside.

3. Throw the boiled pasta into a colander and after complete drainage of moisture, immediately add the fried ham and mix well.

4. One whole egg and the yolk from the second are well blotted with a fork. Add spices, a little salt, finely shredded cheese (50 gr.) To the mixture and immediately pour the sauce into hot spaghetti.

5. Spread the Carbonara Pasta right on the plates, and grate the cheese on top.

Ham spaghetti with cheese and tomato sauce

Ingredients:

• dried ham - 200 gr.;

• 200 gr. high quality spaghetti;

• a tablespoon of any white wine;

• 400 gram jar of canned tomatoes in tomato juice;

• 20 gr. creamy 72% butter;

• Cheddar cheese - 150 gr.

• fresh greens of dill.

Cooking method:

1. Boil spaghetti until cooked in well-salted water. Rinse pasta with hot water, drain all the liquid from them and pour melted butter and mix.

2. In a dry frying pan with moderate heat, fry the ham sliced ​​into thin strips. Then pour in a spoonful of wine and continue stewing for about three minutes.

3. Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized cubes and add to the ham together with the juice from the jar.

4. Grind the washed, well-dried dill with a knife and add to the pan four minutes after the tomatoes. Stir the sauce and remove from heat.

5. Pour the spaghetti spread in portions with hot tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese grated on top.

Ham Spaghetti in the Oven - "Simple Pasta Pizza"

Ingredients:

• 200 gr. spaghetti;

• three raw eggs;

• hard "Kostroma" cheese - 250 gr.;

• 200 gr. pork, boiled ham;

• any ketchup.

Cooking method:

1. Put the boiled spaghetti according to the usual recommendations, or according to the instructions, into a deep bowl. Add eggs to them, 50 gr. cheese grated with large chips, and mix thoroughly.

2. The bottom and walls of a round detachable shape, moisten with butter or margarine and put in it pasta mixed with cheese and eggs.

3. Top with a couple of spoons of ketchup and gently smooth over the entire surface of the spaghetti.

4. Cut the ham into medium-sized slices and spread evenly over the pasta layer. Top with a coarse grater, grate evenly the cheese and place the mold for 10 minutes in a hot oven.

5. Once the cheese has melted well and begins to brown, remove the dish from the oven.

Spaghetti with ham and vegetables

Ingredients:

• 200 gr. long, narrow noodles or spaghetti;

• ham - 200 gr.;

• three medium fresh tomatoes;

• two small sweet peppers;

• 200 gr. young zucchini;

• 60 ml of refined oil.

Cooking method:

1. Remove the peel from the zucchini and cut the vegetable into medium-sized cubes. Peel the seeds from the seeds, rinse the remaining water. Cut tomatoes and pulp of peppers into slices. For vegetables to cook quickly, slicing should be medium-sized. Cut the ham into narrow, short strips.
