Pre-treatment of mushrooms depends on their type. Mushrooms and greenhouse oyster mushrooms are thoroughly washed, cut and immediately sent to bake, fry or stew. Forest mushrooms must be boiled. Otherwise, consumption can result in indigestion, poisoning and other unpleasant consequences.

You can stew cabbage with mushrooms, bake, cook or fry. Other vegetables, meat, fish products, poultry, eggs can be added to them.

Braised Cauliflower with Mushrooms in Sour Cream

The recipe for a simple dish for dinner or lunch of cauliflower with mushrooms. It is advisable to use fatty sour cream.

Ingredients

• 500 g of cabbage;

• 200 g of mushrooms;

• 1 onion;

• 200 ml sour cream;

• 40 ml of oil;

• 0.5 bunch of dill;

• 1 clove of garlic.

Cooking

1. Boil the whole cabbage for 10 minutes. Dip in cold water, then disassemble into inflorescences. Large pieces can be cut with a knife.

2. Cut the mushrooms in arbitrary pieces, put in a pan. If forest mushrooms are used, then they must first be boiled until almost ready.

3. Fry a couple of minutes, toss the onion. We prepare the dish until the golden color of the vegetable.

4. Add sour cream to the pan, start the prepared cabbage inflorescences, salt and pepper, mix.

5. Cover, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

6. Open, add chopped garlic, bring spices to desired taste, simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

7. At the very end, add dill greens to the dish or sprinkle the dishes in plates at serving.

Cauliflower casserole with mushrooms

The recipe for a simple but tasty and hearty cauliflower casserole with mushrooms. It is advisable to use cheese that melts, for example, parmesan or Russian.

Ingredients

• 700 g of cabbage;

• 2 onion heads;

• 300 g of champignons;

• 250 ml cream;

• 100 g of cheese;

• 3 eggs;

• 60 g of oil;

• spices.

Cooking

1. We sort cabbage into small inflorescences, lower it in boiling salted water, cook after boiling for 5-7 minutes. We recline in a colander.

2. Lubricate the casserole dish with oil, pour the rest into the pan.

3. Less frequently washed mushrooms into quarters. If the champignons are small, then you can cut in half. Spread in a pan with oil, fry for about five minutes.

4. Add chopped onions to the mushrooms, fry for a couple of minutes.

A variant of a very delicious cauliflower, in which you can add absolutely any mushrooms, including ordinary champignons. The dish is prepared in two stages on the stove and in the oven.

Ingredients

• 300 g of mushrooms;

• 800 g of cabbage;

• 200 g of cheese;

• 100 g of olives;

• spices;

• dill and oil.

Cooking

1. Pour water into a large pot, put on a stove, salt.

2. We sort cabbage into inflorescences, put in boiling water, boil for a couple of minutes.

3. We sort and wash the mushrooms. If they are large, then cut into several parts. We lay to the cabbage. Cook together for another 7-8 minutes.

4. Drain everything in a colander, let the food cool slightly.

5. During this time, remove the olives from the marinade, cut into circles. We rub the cheese coarsely, chop the greens.

6. Mix olives with mushrooms and boiled cabbage, add herbs and salt, mix, you can pepper to taste. We shift to a greased form.

7. We fill it with grated cheese, make the layer thick. Put in the oven.

8. Bake until a beautiful cheese crust for 15-20 minutes.

Cauliflower with mushrooms and chicken in the oven

The recipe for a very hearty dish of cauliflower and ordinary mushrooms. You can use other mushrooms, but only boiled.

Ingredients

• 400 g chicken;

• 0.5 kg of cabbage;

• 200 g of onion;

• 300 g of mushrooms;

• butter;

• 4 tablespoons sour cream;

• 100 g of cheese;

Cooking

1. Boil cabbage for 5-7 minutes, disassemble by inflorescences.

2. Pour oil into a large skillet, put it on fire.

6. Stack mushrooms with onions on top, which also need to be seasoned.

7. We spread the inflorescences of cabbage, boiled earlier.

8. Grease the top layer with sour cream, also season with spices.

9. Put the dish in the oven for 20 minutes, temperature 200.

10. Take out, sprinkle with a small amount of grated cheese. Put in the oven again, bake until golden brown.

Cauliflower with mushrooms and potatoes in pots

For this wonderful dish, it is best to use small pots in which it will be served. This quantity of products is calculated on 3 portions.

Ingredients

• 300 g of cabbage;

• 200 g of mushrooms;

• 3 potatoes;

• 120 g sour cream;

• 1 onion;

• 1 carrot;

• spices;

• 40 g of oil.

Cooking

Cooking

The recipe for a simple, satisfying and healthy omelet that can be cooked in a pan or in a slow cooker. The basic version. If desired, you can add tomatoes, peppers, sausages, cheese and any other ingredients that suit your taste to the dish.

Ingredients

• 4 eggs;

• 90 ml of milk;

• 200 g of boiled cabbage;

• 150 g of mushrooms;

• 100 g of onion;

• 1 bunch of greenery;

• 40 ml of oil;

• spices.

Cooking

1. Onion cut into cubes, put in a pan with butter.

2. Mushrooms, too, cut into small pieces, send after the onion, fry together until golden brown.

3. Add the boiled inflorescences of cabbage to the pan, keep everything together on fire for a couple of minutes.

4. Beat eggs and milk, pepper, salt to taste.
