Muffin dough is always made with eggs. Dairy products are also added to it. Usually it is sour cream, milk, kefir. Fats are present in many recipes: butter, vegetable or margarine. Often they can be replaced by each other. The mixed mixture of these products is combined with dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, vanilla, baking powder.

The dough for muffins has the consistency of thick sour cream. It is placed with spoons in molds made of metal and silicone, sometimes disposable paper baskets and a special stand are used. If you want to add the filling, then it is mixed immediately into the dough or have a middle layer. But especially interesting are liquid-filled muffins. Fake filling has an identical composition with the dough, but does not freeze due to the reduction of baking time.

Chocolate muffins with liquid filling "One moment"

A recipe for instant liquid-filled chocolate muffins. For cooking, you need a minimal set of products, the process will also take a little time. From these products, 2 servings will be obtained.
