From zucchini prepare different dishes. Vegetables are baked, stewed, made into pancakes, and even cakes. But most often, zucchini is fried. Of course, frying in oil adds calories to the dish, but it is fried zucchini that is most loved for an appetizing crust and speed of cooking.

Take small zucchini with unripe seeds. The vegetable should be smooth, without damage. Do not use zucchini with thick, hard peels. This means that the vegetable is overripe, which means it can have an unpleasant bitter taste.

Zucchini is washed, wiped with a towel, cut off on both sides and crushed in circles, up to a centimeter thick. The easiest way: salt and immediately fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Put zucchini on a plate and squeeze garlic on top through a press.

In fact, there are many ways to make fried zucchini. They can be fried in batter, breadcrumbs of crackers, flour, sesame seeds. The dish will turn out more interesting if, after frying, stew the vegetable in the sauce.

2. Beat eggs into a deep bowl and shake with a fork until smooth. Add to them flour, crushed garlic, spices and salt. Shake well again. It should be a liquid homogeneous mixture without lumps.

3. Heat oil well in a pan. Pour flour into a separate bowl. Roll each circle in flour, then dip in batter and put in a pan.

2. Put zucchini on a plate, lightly salt and set aside for ten minutes.

3. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Dismantle the garlic and peel. Wash the tomatoes, cut the stem and chop into thin slices.
