The difference from our pancakes is that the pancakes are thick. You say so are the pancakes! But no. They are baked in a dry pan, and size matters. Usually their diameter is 12-14 cm. You can cook them both in milk, and on kefir and even sour cream. Various additives - bananas, chocolate only improve the taste.

No matter how much the recipe is simple, it happens that in the end you get not quite that. Therefore, we dwell on the intricacies of preparing the dough.

First things first, the pancake dough does not endure rest. Those. knead the dough and cook immediately. You can’t bleed the dough for the night, even for an hour. Otherwise, you will receive rubber cakes.

The second secret is that you do not need to beat the dough with a mixer. Only a whisk or a fork. The fact is that if you kill the flour, it starts to produce gluten, which is good for thin pancakes, but in the case of pancake, you will not get a fluffy and rubber cake. With the basics sorted out, let's finally cook.

Ingredients:

Milk - 240 ml;

Eggs - 2 pieces;

Sugar - 3 tablespoons;

Vanillin - 2 grams;

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon;

Flour - 240 grams (1 cup and another 1/3);

Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon per dough.

Recipe:

In a large and convenient bowl, beat the eggs and add sugar and vanilla. Pancakes can be made not only sweet.

Beat sugar with eggs. Add the whole portion of milk and vegetable oil.

Now add the flour and baking powder. Mix the dough well until smooth.
