Salad dressing can be any, but not mayonnaise, since we are still preparing a dietary option, olive oil, lemon juice are perfect here, you can also use yogurt, light sour cream, etc.

The composition of the salad includes a number of vegetables - fresh ripe tomatoes, sweet cucumbers, bell peppers, salad leaves that fit, by the way, you can add any other herbs.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 150 g;
  • lettuce - 3 pcs.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • fresh cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.;
  • sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp;
  • lemon juice or soy sauce - 1 tbsp;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • greens - for decoration.

Cooking process

Prepare all ingredients on a list. Take a small flat plate, you also need to prepare salad leaves - rinse lightly and dry each leaf. Tear or chop leaves, spread on a plate.

Wash and dry the tomatoes and cucumbers, cut the vegetables into medium slices. First, cucumbers need to take a sample so that they in no case should be bitter. Arrange vegetables on top of lettuce leaves.

Boil chicken breast in advance until cooked, during cooking, throw vegetables, spices and spices into the broth.
