Eraser crochet - scheme and description

There are several ways to crochet a rubber band. Some of them are more complex in execution, others are woven together quickly and simply, it all depends on the knitter's ideas, abilities and desires. Here are the most useful crochet gum options:

  2. Creating a rubber band using single crochet stitches behind the back half loop;

  4. Weaving with double crochets behind the back half-loop;
  5. Knit gum connecting columns.

As you can see, you can crochet a standard look 1 × 1, 2 × 2 by crocheting, and alternating the back and front embossed columns you can get 1 × 2, 1 × 3, 3 × 3 elastic bands and others. Consider ways to knit some of them in more detail.

Crochet gum scheme 1 × 1

We collect an even number of loops, enter the hook into the 4th loop of the chain from the hook and knit the first row with ordinary double crochets.

Relief columns with a cape correspond to 2 lift air loops. Therefore, at the end of the 1st row, we knit 2 cecs, turn the sample over and start knitting 2nd row (photo 1, fig. 1).

Enter the hook from the front side from right to left, under the double crochet of the previous row (Fig. 2) and knit the embossed front (convex) double crochet (Figure 3), then we enter the hook from the wrong side from right to left, grabbing the double crochet leg previous row (Fig. 4) and knit a relief purl (concave) double crochet (photo 2, fig. 1).

Next, we alternate the knitting of the front and back of the embossed columns to the end of the row (Fig. 2).

At the end of the 2nd row, we knit 2 VPF, turn the sample over and start knitting the 3rd row (Fig. 3).

3rd row we knit similarly to the 2nd one, alternating a relief front (convex) double crochet (Fig. 4) and a relief wrong (concave) double crochet (Fig. 5), then we knit a rubber band similarly to "according to the drawing" (photo 3, fig. 1) . Eraser crochet ready (Fig.2).

Thus, they work according to the scheme of an elastic band with alternation of 2 relief facial and 2 relief purl columns with a crochet. This gum is dense.
