The incredible garlic aroma emanating from such small buns - pampushkas, is just crazy! They attract and irritate the appetite so much that I want to immediately bite off a piece of this soft and delicate baking. Such dumplings with garlic from yeast dough are prepared very easily, however, as they are eaten.

The only minus of this test is that it is in no hurry - it will need to be allowed to rise several times, so that the dumplings turn out to be magnificent, and not shot down.

If you ever cook such Ukrainian pastries for your family, they will ask you to repeat it constantly!

For 6 pampushkas you will need:

- 100 ml of warm water;

- 2 tbsp. l dry yeast;

- 0.5 tsp granulated sugar;

- 0.5 tsp. salts;

- 10 ml of sunflower oil;

- 1-1.2 Art. wheat flour.

For coating:

- 1 chicken yolk.

For the sauce:

- 3 garlic cloves;

- greens to taste;

- 10 ml of sunflower oil.

First of all, you need to dissolve dry yeast in warm water. It is warm, not boiling water, so that they do not deteriorate. Pour sugar and salt into a container of water, then pour the yeast and mash them by hand for 5 minutes, stirring lightly. Leave for 10 minutes to swell.

Pour 3 tbsp. flour, pour in vegetable oil and knead very liquid dough - dough for 5 minutes, overflowing swollen yeast there.

Be sure to ensure that there is not a single lump of flour in it. Cover the dough with a clean, dry cloth and place in a warm place for 25-30 minutes to lift. The main thing for such a test is not to rush it, but let it rise properly!

After the specified amount of time, you will see how your dough has risen in two, or even three times! After this, pour the rest of the flour into it and knead the tender dough. Moisten your hands in sunflower oil and pinch small lumps from the dough, rolling them into balls and exposing them to a greased form. Try to leave a gap between the balls of dough, as they will increase in mass by about two.

Cover the billet blanks again with a towel and place in heat for 30 minutes.

When the workpieces become lush - very carefully lubricate them with whipped yolk with a culinary brush.

Place the mold in the oven at 180C and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

While the baking dishes are baking, get in the sauce. To do this, clean the garlic cloves and finely chop them in a bowl or pass through a press. Grind the washed greens, for example: parsley, dill, basil, oregano - focus on your taste, and add the garlic to the bowl. Pour in sunflower oil and mix.

Take the finished baking out of the oven and let it cool for about 5-7 minutes, and then coat with prepared sauce on top. If this is done immediately after baking, the hot baking surface will neutralize the entire garlic flavor!

Your garlic cakes with garlic aroma and herbs are ready - do not forget to serve them with hot dishes. Good appetite!

This baking is so budgetary that you can cook it at least every day, especially if you have a bread machine. The cost of 6 donuts comes out:

- 2 tbsp. l dry yeast - 15 rubles. ;

- 20 ml of vegetable oil - 8 rubles;

- 1-1.2 Art. wheat flour - 7 rubles;

- 1 chicken yolk - 2 rubles .;

- spices - 3 rubles .;

- greens and garlic - 5 rubles.

Total: a circle of delicious flavored pastries will cost you 40 rubles! This is just a great price to feast on Ukrainian garlic pampushkas, which you can well cook while creating borsch or soup. Both the first course and pastries will be served at the same time!
