Apple-plum jam is a delicious delicacy that can be served on cold winter evenings for tea, or use it for baking.

First, prepare the fruit. Wash the plums, break them in half and take out the bone. They can be left in whole halves, or cut into slices. Washed apples are crushed with quarters and seeds are removed. Then the fruit is cut into large enough pieces.

Prepare a treat in a copper or enamel bowl. You can also cook it in a slow cooker.

Apples are placed in a container in which they will prepare jam, and are filled with half sugar. Shake everything well so that the sugar is evenly distributed over the fruit. Then plums are laid on top and sprinkled with the remaining sugar. Shake again and leave the fruit mixture for several hours so that the plums and apples give away the juice.

Capacity sent to the fire. Periodically remove the foam. As soon as the contents boil, remove from the stove. The jam is completely cooled and boiled again.

  • half a kilogram of plums;

Cooking method

1. Wash fruits under the tap and dry. Remove the seeds from the drain, breaking them in half. Cut the apples into four parts and cut out the middle and the stalk. Grind the pulp in large enough pieces.

2. Place the fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Leave for four hours to let the juice flow.

3. Put the pelvis on the fire and warm, stirring occasionally. As soon as the fruit mass begins to boil, remove the bowl from the heat and cool completely. Thus, the fruits do not boil, are well soaked in syrup and become elastic and harsh, like candied fruits.

Cooking method

1. Wash the plums, break them in half and separate the bones from the pulp. Put the halves of the drain in the capacity of the multicooker and cover with half the sugar.

2. Rinse the orange and pour over boiling water. Cut it together with peel into small slices. Remove the bones. Add to the plum bowl.

  • a glass of apple-plum jam;

  • 25 g of lemon peel.

Cooking method

1. Combine the soft butter with sugar and beat until the mass turns white. Then add the vanilla sugar and egg. We continue to beat for a couple of minutes.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder. We spread the butter and egg mass in the dry mixture and add the lemon zest. Knead the soft dough.

3. Divide the dough in half. We crush the table with flour. Roll each part into a rectangle. One rectangle is plentifully greased with jam. Cover the layer of jam with a second layer of dough, trying to carefully align the edges. We send future cookies for an hour to the freezer.

4. Then cut the uneven edges and cut a rectangular layer of narrow sticks. We shift to a baking sheet covered with parchment and send it to the oven for 20 minutes. Bake at 180 C. Chopsticks should be lightly browned.

Ingredients

  • chocolate bar;

  • 130 g butter;

  • a bag of vanillin;

  • three eggs;

  • jam;

  • third of tsp baking soda;

  • 400 g of cottage cheese;

  • 5 g of cocoa;

  • 225 g of white sugar;

  • 200 g of premium flour.

Cooking method

1. Beat the egg in a bowl, add 125 g of sugar to it and beat with a whisk until foam appears. Add one hundred grams of soft butter to the egg mixture and beat for a few more minutes.

2. Combine flour with baking soda and cocoa. Shuffle. Add the dry mixture gradually to the egg-oil mixture and knead a uniform soft dough. Separate a small portion of the dough, wrap it in cling film. Send the dough to the freezer. Wrap most of the dough in a bag and refrigerate.

3. Drive two eggs into the cottage cheese and add the remaining sugar, butter and flour. Beat the curd into a pasty blender.

4. Roll out most of the dough and put it into a round refractory form, greasing it with oil and sprinkling with semolina. Form the sides, three centimeters high. Put apple and plum jam on the bottom. Put the curd layer on top and smooth with a spatula.

5. Remove the dough from the freezer and rub it. Distribute the resulting crumbs over the entire surface of the cake. Bake the cake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.

Ingredients

  • So that apples in jam do not turn into porridge, prepare jam in several steps, only bringing the mass to a boil.

  • Put as much sugar as recommended in the recipe. A lack of sugar can make the jam ferment, and an excess will make it cloying.

  • If apple slices float to the surface, then the jam is not ready.

  • Instead of sugar, you can use honey in apple jam and plums.

  • To preserve the jam, add a little lemon juice to it.
