According to experts, the use of chicken very often becomes the cause of bacterial contamination, resulting in poisoning. However, British scientists have found a way to protect fans of chicken meat. They argue that you must first freeze raw chicken and prepare dishes to cook exclusively from frozen meat.

According to reports, 6 out of 10 carcasses sold in the chicken carcass store contain dangerous pathogens. If the raw chicken, on the surface of which there is a pathogen to wash, the bacteria from the carcass will move to the hands and the chopping board. The problems will be known in 2-5 days, when a person feels pain in the intestines and indigestion. In children and elderly people with weakened immunity, there have been cases of lethal outcomes.

Cooking frozen chicken dishes provides additional protection against disease-causing bacteria. After all, it is no secret that heat treatment is often not enough to destroy pathogens. Freezing also reduces their number by 90%.
