How to cook broth for a child - general principles

In addition to meat and fish broths, the best for baby food is a vegetable broth, which can be introduced into the diet of children from six months after consulting a pediatrician. 1. Wash the wings, soak for 60 minutes in cold water.

2. Drain the water, rinse the wings again, pour clean water and boil until bubbling bubbles appear over high heat.

3. Remove the foam, reduce the gas, add salt, add onion peeled and cut into halves, carrots, sliced ​​in circles, cook until soft.

4. Soak the peeled potatoes in water the same time as chicken wings.

Ingredients:

• 3 small beets with leaves;

• 1 carrot;

• 3 potatoes;

• onion head;

• half a bunch of dill and parsley;

• leaf of lavrushka;

• salt - 10 g;

• 1 large spoon of olive oil;

• a little fat-free sour cream - when served.

Cooking method:

1. Chop the onion with a knife, grind carrots on a grater with large teeth. Fry in a pan with olive oil for about three minutes.

2. Cut the prepared potatoes into medium cubes, place in hot water and boil for 12 minutes.

3. Beet peel, rinse.

4. Grate boiled beets, put in a pan with potatoes, cook for a few more minutes.

5. Cut the washed beet leaves into strips, put in a pan with potatoes and beets, add the sauté and lavrushka, add salt and boil for about five minutes.
